CFI 250
Pin-inserting drilling machine
Designed for processing small parts such as side panels, front panels, drawer sides, stretchers, bed rails, doors, and strips of any kind. The transport system with pins for panel dragging allows for high production capacity of up to 32 pieces/min.
The panels are transported by a toothed belt, on which dragging and alignment pins are mounted; this system allows for panel transport with a feed rate of 40 m/min.
This device allows for the automatic feeding of the machine. The stack is supported by pushers that sequentially release one panel at a time onto the machine’s loading table, preventing any scratches or markings on both the current panel and the stacked ones.
The panels are stacked at the machine exit. With the front and rear stackers, the machine can be operated by a single operator.
All the vertical groups, both front and rear (both lower and upper), are completely independent from each other with uncoupled movement on each axis, allowing for a wide range of drilling possibilities, even with spacings different from multiples of 32 mm.
It is possible to insert 6 pins per side, with a minimum diameter of 6 mm and a maximum of 10 mm. The glue insertion is done via an injector, controlled by a PLC connected to a potentiometer that allows for controlling and dosing the amount of glue.
