Pin-inserting drilling machine
The CFI 400 drilling inserter is robust, reliable, and flexible, characterized by high drilling precision and productivity, thanks to the positioning of the units with great ease of setup.
This device allows for the automatic feeding of the machine. The stack is supported by pushers that sequentially release one panel at a time onto the loading surface of the machine, avoiding any kind of scratch or scoring to it and to those stacked. For large pieces, there is the possibility of excluding the magazine and loading the machine manually.
Positioned on the conveyor belt, it allows for the exact path of the workpiece in the various stations, even for particularly narrow and long panels.
All front and rear vertical units are completely independent of each other with decoupled movement on each axis, allowing for the most varied drilling possibilities, even with center distances different from multiples of 32 mm.
Characterized by a new method of operation, in which the dowel is accompanied throughout its path, eliminating any possibility of jamming.
The first station consists of: horizontal drilling units with 13 spindles; drilling units with 11 vertical/upper and vertical/lower spindles with pneumatic locking, with the possibility of inserting heads for drilling the 5th side.
The second station consists of: horizontal dowel insertion units; drilling units with 11 vertical/upper and vertical/lower spindles with pneumatic locking, with the possibility of inserting heads for drilling the 5th side.
The two drilling stations in a single machine allow for high productivity for the execution of complex drilling patterns.
