DRILLING HEADS 5° SIDE
The heads for drilling the 5th side allow drilling on the edge of the panel. Micro for detecting the entry and exit of the drill bit.
PIN SELECTOR
Each additional pin selector consists of a pin pusher and a high-pressure glue injector. Manual positioning is facilitated by a ball recirculation bushing that slides on a ground round bar with stops every 32 mm.
REAR STACKER
The panels are stacked at the machine exit. With the front and rear stackers, the machine can be operated by a single operator.
LOWER SUPPORT PLANS
Mounted on the lower beam, the rails and ball recirculation skates allow for quick movement of these support planes.
Third drilling station
At the panel exit, after the pinning, a drilling station is positioned via the upper presses and the front rack, allowing the panel to be drilled on its edge (5th side).
