AUTOMATIC UNLOADING SYSTEM
The processed panels are extracted from the machine using pneumatic cylinders and transferred onto an assembling table. Once the table is assembled, the machine deposits it onto an overhanging lifting platform.
The processing
When the pile reaches the maximum height, the platform deposits it onto the roller conveyor. Then, the motorized roller conveyor moves the pile out from one side of the machine, either alternately or from both sides.
STEPPED OFFSET
It is possible to create a 10 mm offset of the layers; this allows binding the pile in case it consists of panels with limited width.
